The ASTAF Sepaktakraw Asian Cup 2025 is set to ingite Kuala Lumpur from May 10 to May 18, 2025, at Titiwangsa Indoor Stadium. This inaugural tournament, organized by the Asian Sepaktakraw Federation (ASTAF) in collaboration with the Sepaktakraw Association of Malaysia (PSM), promises to be a historical event in Asian Sepaktakraw history.

The competition will bring together 13 top Asian nations, including Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Korea, Philippines, Japan, China, Indonesia, India, Brunei, Chinese Taipei, and Nepal excluding Pakistan which had to pull out from the tournament at the very last minute. These teams will compete fiercely across four main categories:

Team Event

Regu Event (three-player)

Double Event (two-player)

Quad Event (four-player)

Schedule Overview

The tournament kicks off on May 10 with the Quadrant and Double events, Malaysia will face Nepal, China, Philippines and Thailand. continuing through various sessions each day, culminating in the Team Regu finals on May 18. Matches will be held daily at the Titiwangsa Indoor Stadium, with sessions scheduled from morning till night to showcase the best of Sepaktakraw talent.
